The present invention relates to a stitching device. According to an aspect of the present invention, provided is the stitching device which comprises: a housing having a first slit pair and a second slit pair； a guide rail provided in the housing； a needle holder provided to be movable along the guide rail； first and second needle guides arranged inside the housing in the first slit； first and second needles supported by a needle holder, and inserted to each of the first and second needle guides； a first operation member for exposing the first and second needle guides to the outside of the first slit pair； and a second operation member connected to the needle holder, and exposed to the outside of the housing.본 발명은 봉합 장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 일 측면에 따르면, 한 쌍의 제1 슬릿 및 한 쌍의 제2 슬릿을 갖는 하우징과, 하우징 내에 마련된 가이드 레일과, 가이드 레일을 따라 이동 가능하게 마련된 니들 홀더와, 제1 슬릿 측 하우징 내부에 배치된 제1 및 제2 니들 가이드와, 니들 홀더에 지지되고, 제1 니들 가이드 및 제2 니들 가이드에 각각 삽입된 제1 및 제2 니들과, 제1 및 제2 니들 가이드를 한 쌍의 제1 슬릿 외부로 각각 노출시키기 위한 제1 작동부재 및 니들 홀더와 연결되고, 하우징 외부로 노출된 제2 작동부재를 포함하는 봉합 장치가 제공된다.
