The present invention relates to a seed culture vessel comprising: a lower body having a first internal space with an opened upper part therein to be filled with culture medium for cultivating a seed culture and an upper body detachably coupled to the upper part of the lower body, having a second internal space with an opened lower part therein to communicate with the first internal space when coupled to the lower body, and longitudinally extending more lengthily than a longitudinal length of the lower body. According to the present invention, since the upper and the lower body are separable, the culture medium received therein can be easily discharged, so the vessel can be reused. In particular, since a separated part of the upper and lower bodies is placed lower than the longitudinal center of the culture vessel, an area of the medium exposed to the outside upon separation of the upper and the lower body is relatively larger, so the medium can be easily removed. Moreover, since a reinforcement part is installed on the outer circumferential surface of the upper and lower bodies, strength is increased, so an advantage effect of preventing damage occurring in the seed culture vessel by an impact applied from the outside or an external force generated upon injection of the medium is provided.본 발명은 종균 배양 용기에 관한 것으로서, 종균을 배양하기 위한 배지가 충진될 수 있도록 내부에 상부가 개방된 제1내부공간이 마련된 하부본체와, 하부본체의 상부에 분리가능하게 결합되며, 상기 하부본체에 결합시 상기 제1내부공간에 연통되게 내부에 하부가 개방된 제2내부공간이 형성되고, 상기 하부본체의 상하 길이보다 더 길게 상하방향으로 연장된 상부본체를 구비한다. 본 발명에 따른 종균 배양 용기는 상부본체 및 하부본체가 분리가능하므로 내부에 수용된 배지를 용이하게 배출하여 용기를 재사용할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 특히, 상부본체와 하부본체의 분리부분이 배양용기의 상하방향 중심보다 하측에 위치하므로 상부본체와 하부본체를 분리시 외부로 노출된 배지의 면적이 비교적 넓어 보다 손쉽게 배지를 제거할 수 있다. 또한, 상부본체 및 하부본체 외주면에는 보강부가 마련되어 강도를 보강하므로 외부로부터 인가되는 충격이나 배지 주입시 발생되는 외력에 의해 종균 배양 용기에 파손이 발생되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
