The present invention relates to a device for massaging scalp and hair by vibration. More specifically, the device massages scalp with protrusions mounted on the lower end thereof and has roller balls partially formed on the protrusions rotating by contact with the scalp and hair while releasing a functional liquid so as to provide nourishment for the scalp and the hair. The roller balls release the functional liquid while rotating by coming into contact with the scalp and the hair, but since the frictional force between the protrusions and the roller balls is greater than the frictional force between the scalp and the hair, the roller balls do not rotate. Therefore, the roller balls are allowed to rotate and release the functional liquid by reducing the frictional force between the massage protrusions and the roller balls through vibration of a vibrator. In other words, the roller balls rotate by the contact with the scalp and the hair only if the vibrator operates, thereby releasing a fixed amount of the functional liquid and allowing the same to spread the scalp and the hair so as to provide nourishment for the scalp and the hair. In addition, the massage protrusions made of silicone massage the scalp without damage to the scalp, thereby promoting the blood circulation in the scalp and having a synergy effect with an enhancer for scalp, and therefore making the scalp healthy. A connecting protrusion of a pad container allows only the fixed amount of the functional liquid in a liquid container to enter the roller balls, thereby playing a role as an additional lock with the roller balls. Therefore, the unnecessary use of the functional liquid is prevented, and so the massage device can be used for a long time with one liquid container and the liquid container in which the functional liquid is sealed is refillable, thereby preventing the spoilage of the functional liquid and enhancing efficiency in massaging.본 발명은 진동 두피 모발 마사지장치에 관한 것으로서, 상세하게는 마사지장치 하단부에 장착된 돌기에 의해
