PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which enables an nucleic acid to be simply collected in a minimally invasive manner from a subjects skin, and a nucleic acid sampling kit.SOLUTION: The nucleic acid sampling method includes the step of forming a micropore in the subjects skin, and the step of collecting the nucleic acid contained in the subjects skin, by arranging a nucleic acid sampling member with a recovery liquid on the skin where the micropore is formed.
