PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body fluid absorbent wearable article capable of being extended and contracted.SOLUTION: A sanitary napkin 10, as an example of a body fluid absorbent wearable article, includes: a front surface sheet layer 11 a rear surface sheet layer 12 and an absorber 13 existing between the sheet layers 11, 12. The front surface sheet layer 11 and the rear surface sheet layer 12 have extensibility in the longitudinal direction A.
