PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous cosmetic which is excellent in permeation feeling, hardly causes stickiness, is further excellent in moisturized feeling and continuously gives a plump feeling to the skin.SOLUTION: There is provided an aqueous cosmetic which comprises: (A) a liposome composed of hydrogenated soybean phosphatide, cholesterol, an N-acylamino acid salt and a 2-methacryloyloxyethylphosphorylcholine/butyl methacrylate copolymer (B) a phospholipid (C) a polyethylene glycol having an average molecular weight of 300 to 5000 and (D) one or two or more selected from a group consisting of a carboxyvinyl polymer and an alkyl-modified carboxyvinyl polymer.
