PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide use of PDE7 inhibitors for treating movement disorders.SOLUTION: The invention provides a method for a treating motility abnormality associated with the pathology of a neurological movement disorder such as Parkinson's disease or Restless Leg Syndrome by administering a therapeutically effective amount of a PDE7 inhibitor. One aspect of the invention provides administration of a PDE7 inhibitor in combination with a dopamine agonist or precursor thereof such as levodopa.
