PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compositions which can be used as frameworks for creation of very stable and soluble single-chain Fv antibody fragments.SOLUTION: These frameworks are selected for intracellular performance and thus ideally suited for creation of scFv antibody fragments or scFv antibody libraries for applications where stability and solubility are limiting factors for performance of antibody fragments, such as in a reducing environment of a cell.
