PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation detector, a radiation image photographing system and a radiation image photographing method which can easily supply an electric power to the radiation detector and communicate a radiation image of high quality without lowering speed due to the influence of a radio electric power supply.
SOLUTION: The radiation image photographing system 10 includes a photographing device 22 for applying a radiation to an object to be photographed, an electronic cassette 24 as the radiation detector for detecting the radiation X passing through the object to be photographed and a feeding device 25 for supplying the electric power to a radio receiving part 49 of the electronic cassette 24. Further, the radiation image photographing system includes a transmitting state deciding part 107 for deciding whether or not radiation image information is transmitted, and a signal generating part 109 for generating a feed inhibiting signal for inhibiting the supply of the electric power by a radio to the radio receiving part 49 from the feeding device 25 when determined to be in the transmission process by the transmitting state deciding part 107.
