The present invention is directed to novel Anti-TNFα antibody binding compounds and methods of using the same. Anti-TNFα antibody binding compounds of the invention comprise novel heavy chain immunoglobulin polypeptides of portions thereof. In some embodiments, the invention also includes pharmaceutical compositions comprising at least one Anti-TNFα antibody binding compound.
