The present invention relates to a semi-automatic syringe with enhanced safety. The semi-automatic syringe includes: a body； a storage body which is installed on a side of the body and has a set pressure while storing a set amount of sap therein； a sap tube which passes through the body and is extended in a set length to be connected to the storage body while providing a path for moving the sap； a protection cover which is installed on the other side of the body to be connected to the sap tube and extended in a set length and having hollow parts； a syringe needle which is arranged on the protection cover and has an injection hole formed thereon to discharge the sap to the outside through the sap tube； and a flow amount adjusting member which is arranged on the body and adjusts the amount of the moving sap by opening and closing the path of the sap tube.
