A rigid mounting device is mounted to an attachment location of the upper straight portion. A plurality of mounts are connected on the lower straight portion, wherein each plurality of mounts has a top surface. The bent portion is configured to align with a centerline extending through the center length of the mounting device to be level with all of the top surfaces.
