The present invention is intended for the field of personal physical maintenance of the human body. The invention relates to an apparatus for the human body, which breaks down fat and is formed from a main body (1) having a handle (2) at one end and a gripping element (3) at the other. The apparatus comprises a series of hybrid oval teeth (4), having rounded profiles (5), tapered profiles (6) and hybrid profiles (7), which are disposed in a perpendicular manner in a row along both sides of the central body (1), the hybrid profile (7), unlike the rounded profile (5) and tapered profile (6), having a greater length and surface.
