A perfume composition including trans-linalool as an active ingredient is provided to reproduce the unique fragrance of Camellia japonica L. and to improve preference of the fragrance. A perfume composition comprises: 40-46 weight% of cis-linalool； 34-40 weight% of linalool oxide； 9.5-15.5 weight% of 1,8-cineol； 0.4-1.0 weight% of methyl salicylate； 0.1-0.3 weight% of nonanal； 0.3-0.5 weight% of acetoin； 0.04-0.06 weight% of diethyl disulfide； and 5.75-6.55 weight% of trans-linalool.본 발명에 따른 조성물은 SPME법에 의해 거문도 동백꽃의 향취성분으로서 분석된 시스-리날룰(Cis-Linalool), 리날룰 옥사이드(Linalool Oxide), 1,8-시네올(1,8-Cineol) 등에, 트랜스-리날룰(trans-Linalool)을 함유함으로써, 거문도 동백꽃 고유의 향취를 재현하면서 뛰어난 기호성을 갖는 향료 조성물에 관한 것이다.
