The extract has superior efficacy.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013본 발명은 오이풀을 함유하는 구강청정제개발에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 본 발명의 추출물은 st. mutans 등 피부 상재균 및 구강내 세균 균주의 성장억제를 통한 실험 및 nitric oxide(NO) 저해능을 통한 오이풀추출물의 항염증을 확인하고 오이풀 추출물에 따른 피부감작, plague 억제작용을 in vivo로 검증하였다. 실험결과 오이풀 추출물은 항염효과를 가지는 구강청정제 조성물로 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
