The present invention relates to a medicinal mushroom solid fermented composition for reliving hangover and improving liver functions containing an extract extracted from a culture which is cultured by performing asepsis inoculation of Ganoderma lucidum L. or Phellinus linteus to Hovenia dulcis Thunb., and a manufacturing method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: (a) culturing Ganoderma lucidum L. or Phellinus linteus (b) inoculating fungus cultured in the step (a) to Hovenia dulcis Thunb. and performing solid fermentation and (c) extracting effective components from Hovenia dulcis Thunb. fermented in the step (b).
