CONSTITUTION: A composition for relieving hangover or improving liver function contains 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of Curcuma longa extract, 0.6-1.8 parts by weight of Alder tree extract, 0.017-0.06 parts by weight of Hovenia dulcis fruit-stem extract containing 55% or more solid content, 0.03-0.09 parts by weight of Acanthopanax senticosus concentrate containing 85% or more of sold content, 0.4-1.1 parts by weight of rice soybean extract, 0.024-0.1 parts by weight of milk thistle extract, and 0.015-0.07 parts by weight of glutathione. A food composition for relieving hangover or improving liver function contains 0.001-99.9 wt% of the composition.
