A dental modeling device and a dental modeling method are provided. The dental modeling device includes a projection module, an image sensing module, a first mirror, a second mirror, and a processing module. The projection module sequentially projects a plurality of structured lights to a dental object via a projection path. When the plurality of structured lights are sequentially projected to the dental object, the image sensing module sequentially senses a plurality of dental image lights of the dental object through a sensing path. The first mirror sequentially reflects the structured lights to the dental object, and sequentially reflects the dental image lights. The second mirror sequentially reflects the dental image lights reflected by the first mirror to the image sensing module.
