The present invention relates to a perfume composition for recreating the fragrance of white jasmine flowers, and more specifically, to a perfume composition which recreates the fragrance of white jasmine flowers with enhanced pleasantness by adding methyl benzoate to the components that are identified by the SPME method as aromatic components of white jasmine flowers, including benzyl acetate, linalool, vanillin, cis-3-hexenyl butyrate, and creosol. By comprising methyl benzoate in addition to the key aromatic components of white jasmine flowers such as benzyl acetate, linalool, vanillin, cis-3-hexenyl butyrate, and creosol, the perfume composition of the present invention can recreate the fragrance of white jasmine flowers while enhancing the pleasantness thereof.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017본 발명은 학쟈스민꽃의 향취를 재현한 향료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 SPME법에 의해 학쟈스민꽃의 향취 성분으로 분석된 벤질아세테이트(Benzyl acetate), 리날룰(Linalool), 바닐린(Vanillin), 시스-3-헥센일 부티레이트(Cis-3-hexenyl butyrate) 및 크레졸(Creosol) 등에, 메틸 벤조에이트(Methyl benzoate)를 첨가함으로써 기호성이 우수한 학쟈스민꽃의 향취를 재현한 향료 조성물에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 향료 조성물은 벤질아세테이트, 리날룰, 바닐린, 시스-3-헥센일 부티레이트 및 크레졸 등의 학쟈스민꽃 향취의 주요성분과 함께 메틸 벤조에이트를 함유함으로써, 학쟈스민꽃의 향취를 재현할 수 있고, 향취의 기호성도 개선할 수 있다.
