PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair movement support tool which supports emergency evacuation in a disaster time, etc. and travel movement on an irregular ground such as a sand, snowy road, gravel road, and muddy slough, and an upward slope, is incorporated in a wheelchair, and includes a drawer structure of a handrail.SOLUTION: The wheelchair movement support tool incorporated in wheelchair includes: two pipe frame storage parts fixed on and adjacently to an upper side, outer side, or lower side of right/left arm pipes of a wheelchair or fixed on and separated from the lower side of the arm pipe and plural pipe frame members stored in the pipe frame storage part and having different diameters. The storage part serves as the pipe frame in the first stage, the pipe frames in respective stages are fitted and inserted to each other so as to slide in a nest shape, thereby allowing the pipe frame members in many stages expand/contract in a linear way. An end of the pipe frame having the smallest diameter in the final stage is curved or bent to form a grip part. By gripping the right/left grip part or gripping a connection member connected with the right/left grip part, the wheelchair can be moved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
