PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compatibly attain stability of temporary tacking of fastening tapes and extraction easiness of the fastening tapes when a product is used, while elastically stretchably forming the fastening tapes.SOLUTION: Fastening tapes 70 having locking parts 73 on surfaces are incorporated in a pair of side flap parts SF of a back-side part B. A front sheet S1 and a back sheet S2 are not joined at areas including at least free portions 77 of the fastening tapes 70 in the side flap parts SF. The locking parts 73 of the fastening tapes 70 are so formed that end portions 73e on a base end side are located at an incorporation part 76 and locked to the back side of the front sheet S1, and tip side portions thereof are located at projection parts 75.
