PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide frozen cut fish ovaries having excellent long term storing properties, easily usable without measuring by a user since the mass of the individual frozen cut fish ovaries lies within the standard mass to be required as a product, further having excellent taste and flavor and having uniform quality as well, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: Provided is frozen cut fish ovaries obtained by cutting surface skin-fitted fish ovaries obtained by superimposingly connecting a plurality of fish ovaries to a longitudinal direction so as to be integrated, and storing the same into a split mold so as to be frozen at a prescribed angle θ1 to intersect in a longitudinal direction.
