PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable urine leakage sheath that prevents urine from adhering to trousers when a user leaks the urine.SOLUTION: An elastic string (3) with a hook fixed to an elastic waist belt (4) is hitched to a hole (2) for hitching the elastic string with the hook, positioned at one end of a disposable urine leakage sheath (1) into which the penis is inserted.
