PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilization method of an ozone water sterilization machine capable of suppressing residue of a detergent in a sterilization tank after a detergent washing operation.SOLUTION: A washing sterilization processing operation of an endoscope sterilization machine 1 comprises: a detergent washing step (step ST12) for washing an endoscope 10 stored in a sterilization tank 2 by washing water obtained by dissolving a detergent to raw water; a washing water discharge step (step ST2) for discharging the washing water; a sterilization raw water supply step (step ST51) for supplying the raw water to the sterilization tank 2; an ozone water generation step (step ST52) for injecting an ozone gas into the raw water for generating ozone water; and a sterilization step (step ST5) for sterilizing the endoscope 10 by the ozone water.
