PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice transplanter capable of identifying the operation position of an inter-seedling speed changing lever for operating an inter-seedling speed changing device and the operation position of an operation lever for operating a power transmission switchover mechanism.SOLUTION: On a first power transmission shaft 43, a sparse planting side gear set 70 and a dense planting side gear set 71 are arranged at a predetermined interval, and an inter-seedling speed changing gear 72, which selectively engages with the sparse planting side gear set 70 and the dense planting side gear set 71 in a manner sliding in an axial direction of a second power transmission shaft 46, forms a neutral position that cuts off power transmission between an engine 15 and a transplanting work machine 9 at the predetermined interval where the inter-seedling speed changing gear 72 engages with neither the gear set 70 nor the gear set 71.
