PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sulky transplanter in which an inter-seedling speed changing lever is configured so as to be good in operability and not to obstruct work.SOLUTION: Formed in a cover member 26 that covers a front part of a floor step 23 and protects the footing of an operator is a concavity 28 in which are provided: openings 28a, 28a for an inter-seedling speed changing device which make visible inter-seedling speed changing lever insertion parts 37, 39 for operating the inter-seedling speed changing device and an inter-seedling speed changing lever storage part 46 for storing an inter-seedling speed changing lever 36.
