PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel cosmetics having high emulsification stability of oily components containing sphingolipid even in low temperatures and having suppressed graininess of touch.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a cosmetic comprising: an oily component with a dielectric constant of 2.8 to 7.0； sphingolipid forming an oil phase by dispersing or dissolving in the oily component； an aqueous phase； and polycondensation polymer particles having closed endoplasmic reticulum of an amphipathic substance, or a hydroxyl group, as well as having the structure of an O/W type emulsion that maintains an emulsified state by intervention of the polycondensation polymer particles having closed endoplasmic reticulum of an amphipathic substance, or a hydroxyl group, in the interfaces of the oil phase and the aqueous phase. Preferably, at least some of the oily component have a polar group.
