PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel cosmetics having high emulsification stability of oily components containing sphingolipid even in low temperatures and having suppressed graininess of touch.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a cosmetic comprising: an oily component with a dielectric constant of 2.8 to 7.0; sphingolipid forming an oil phase by dispersing or dissolving in the oily component; an aqueous phase; and polycondensation polymer particles having closed endoplasmic reticulum of an amphipathic substance, or a hydroxyl group, as well as having the structure of an O/W type emulsion that maintains an emulsified state by intervention of the polycondensation polymer particles having closed endoplasmic reticulum of an amphipathic substance, or a hydroxyl group, in the interfaces of the oil phase and the aqueous phase. Preferably, at least some of the oily component have a polar group.
