PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a starch-containing food product blended with grains which are coarsely pulverized with a commonly used machine such as a roller and heated to easily achieve uniform absorption of water, having no granular texture in the starch-containing food product with high blending ratio of grains and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: Grains are coarsely pulverized, heat-treated under presence of moisture, subsequently subjected to addition of water, and further heat-treated so as to be blended with a starch-containing food product. Alternatively, grains are immersed in water and rice is then coarsely pulverized, heat-treated, subsequently subjected to addition of water, and further heat-treated so as to be blended with a starch-containing food product.
