The actuator 15 has an actuator 15a arranged at a first side face 42a of the ferrule 41 and an actuator 15b arranged at a second side face 42b of the ferrule 41 that is different from a face point-symmetric to the first side face 42a with respect to an axial direction of the illumination fiber 14.
