To provide a coating oil and fat composition excellent in coating aptitude, hardly causing crack in distribution preservation, and having soft chewability and smooth melting in the mouth and less oily feeling when eating together with frozen dessert such as ice cream.
SOLUTION: This coating oil and fat composition includes in the total oil and fat, 80-100 mass% of coating oil and fat which contains 5-35 mass% of oil and fat A, 25-55 mass% of oil and fat B and 40-70 mass% of oil and fat C. The oil and fat A: lauric oil and fat containing 36-60 mass% of lauric acid and the oil and fat B: palm soft oil having an iodine value of 55-80, the oil and fat C: liquid oil having an iodine value of 81-150.
