PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a makeup remover which gives good sense of use, prevents the whitening of skin due to the dryness of the skin, after used, and is excellent in moisture-retaining feeling of the skin.SOLUTION: This makeup remover is characterized by comprising the following components (a) to (c): (a) a compound prepared by esterifying both the terminal carboxy groups of an oligomer ester of a dimer acid with a dimer diol with isostearyl alcohol (b) an evaporable oiling agent, and (c) water.
