The present invention relates to a physiological signal measurement apparatus, comprising: two pairs of electrodes to measure a physiological signal of at least a portion of a body of a user； a measurement unit to measure at least one among the impedance, the electrocardiogram, and the pulse transit time (PTT) of a human body from the two pairs of electrodes； a triaxial acceleration sensor to triaxially sense a sensing value related to a change in the measured posture of the user； and a control unit to determine the measured posture of the physiological signal by using the sensing value detected by the triaxial acceleration sensor, to determine at least one among the impedance, electrocardiogram, and PTT of the human body through the measurement unit by using a first condition when the measured posture is in a first mode, and to determine at least one among the impedance, electrocardiogram, and PTT by using a second condition which is different from the first condition when the measured posture is in a second mode. Therefore, according to the present invention, when a physiological signal cannot be precisely measured in a state in which a band type physiological signal measurement apparatus is worn, a physiological signal measurement mode is changed from a wearing mode to a non-wearing mode to measure the physiological signal in a condition corresponding to the non-wearing mode.
