The present invention relates to an improvement of skin care through the diet of a ginseng extract or a composition containing the red ginseng extract and plant extracts. The degree of skin care improvement is measured by identifying physiological factors such as facial oil, facial melanin, facial erythema, and facial viscoelasticity and psychological factors such as satisfaction on skin care improvement, neck skin improvement, and body health improvement. In the present invention, most of attended women are physiologically and psychologically satisfied with the improvements, therefore skin care is improved through the diet of red ginseng and plant extracts.본 발명은 홍삼추출물 또는 홍삼추출물에 식물추출물을 혼합한 조성물의 식이를 통해 피부미용을 개선시키는 데 있다. 피부미용에 영향을 주는 요인으로서 안면 피부 유분, 안면 피부 멜라닌, 안면 피부 홍반 및 안면 피부 점탄성 변화 등의 생리학적 인자와 피부 개선 만족도, 목피부 개선 만족도 및 신체건강 개선 만족도 등의 심리학적인자를 밝혀내어 피부미용 개선 정도를 측정하는 데 있다.본 발명은 참여한 여성의 대부분이 생리학적 및 심리학적으로 탁월한 만족감을 나타냄으로써 홍삼 및 식물 추출물의 식이를 통해 피부미용 개선 효과를 제공할 수 있다.
