PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide releasing material for polysaccharides or their salt with 1,3-&beta-crosslink type D-glucose as a repeating unit introducing a sulfate group which has temperature responsiveness that is hydrophilic at a temperature lower than a prescribed temperature T lower than a living body temperature and becomes hydrophobic at a higher temperature than the prescribed temperature.

SOLUTION: The releasing material for polysaccharides or their salt with 1,3-&beta-crosslink type D-glucose as a repeating unit has introduced the sulfate group comprising a polymer material for carrying the polysaccharides or their salt with 1,3-&beta-crosslink type D-glucose introducing the sulfate group as the repeating unit. The polymer is hydrophilic at a temperature lower than a prescribed temperature T which is lower than a living body temperature and is hydrophobic at a temperature higher than the prescribed temperature T. The polymer material is obtained by block polymerization of N-isopropylacrylamide to a homopolymer comprising a branch polymer made by light illumination living polymerization of a vinyl monomer using a compound having 3 or more groups of N, N-dialkyl-dithiocarbamylmethyl molecule in an identical molecule as an iniferter.
