The present invention relates to a skin lifting massager which enables a user to maintain tightness of skin resulting from skin lifting. The skin lifting massager includes a branched shaft, formed on a front end portion of a grip, and balls, which are installed on the branched shaft and are rotated by rotational shafts. Force, transmitted to the rotational shafts, is distributed as the balls, installed on the rotational shafts, are installed to be eccentric with respect to the rotational shafts.
