PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for easily opening and closing a ceiling net of a bird-preventing net constructed for protecting agricultural products grown in a field or an orchard from damages caused by birds.SOLUTION: There is provided with a rotation body supporting and transferring the rope and a side surface rotation body having a diameter larger than the rotation body at both sides of the rotation body, wherein the rotation body is separatable. There is also provided with a mechanism for preventing twisting a rope including pulleys comprising the side surface rotation body having the diameter larger than the rotation body at rotation body and both sides of the rotation body, wherein the respective pulleys independently rotate.
