According to an embodiment of the invention, provided is a punching needle for handpiece which is used to extract hair from the skin of a patient. According to the embodiment of the invention, a receiving space into which a hair follicle of hair to be extracted is inserted is formed inside a front part of the punching needle and a punching part for punching the skin of the patient in contact with the skin of patient is provided on the front end of the punching needle. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the punching part can comprise a first punching part and a second punching part having cutting edges having different shapes, wherein a first cutting edge provided in the first punching part is configured to be formed in a sharper shape than a second cutting edge provided in the second punching part.본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 환자의 피부로부터 모발을 추출하는데 이용되는 핸드피스용 펀칭니들이 제공된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 펀칭니들의 전방부 내측에는 추출 대상 모발의 모낭이 삽입되는 수용공간이 형성되고, 펀칭니들의 전방단부에는 환자의 피부에 접촉하여 환자의 피부를 천공하는 펀칭부가 구비될 수 있다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 펀칭부는 서로 다른 형상의 커팅에지(cutting edge)를 구비하는 제1 펀칭부와 제2 펀칭부를 포함할 수 있으며, 제1 펀칭부에 구비되는 제1 커팅에지는 제2 펀칭부에 구비되는 제2 커팅에지 보다 날카로운 형상으로 형성되도록 구성될 수 있다.
