The present invention relates to a learning and advancement system in form of an audiovisual stimulator device that is configured to stimulate a users brain to induce various brain wave frequencies, comprising: a) a timing module for defining a breathing sequence timing to be displayed to the user, wherein said breathing sequence includes inspiration timing, exhalation timing and hold breath timing and b) a processing unit adapted to control visual and audible signals to display and play learning content according to the timing of said breathing sequence.
