Provided are a fully customizable bone elongation device, a semi-adjustable bone elongation device, a manufacturing method thereof, a recording medium, and a device for manufacturing a fully customizable bone elongation device. A method for manufacturing a fully customizable bone elongation device (S100) according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a) an image file generation step of generating a 3D image file of a relevant bone region of a target patient, or a skull 3D image file and a tooth region 3D image file； b) a fusion image generation step of fusing the relevant bone region 3D image file, or the skull 3D image and the tooth region 3D image to generate a fusion image； c) a mounting position and direction selecting step of cutting a mandible or relevant bone area to be operated on in the fusion image and selecting a position and a direction in which the bone elongation device and a close fixing part for the elongation device are to be mounted； d) after the mounting position and direction selection step, a step of generating a shape of the close fixing part for the elongation device, the shape consisting of a bone contact part and an elongation device binding part； and e) a close fixing part for the elongation device manufacturing step of manufacturing the close fixing part for the elongation device using the generated shape data of the close fixing part for the elongation device.L'invention concerne un dispositif d'allongement osseux entièrement personnalisable, un dispositif d'allongement osseux semi-réglable, leur procédé de fabrication, un support d'enregistrement et un dispositif de fabrication d'un dispositif d'allongement osseux entièrement personnalisable.
