The coated scaffold for regeneration of hard tissue with components of bone matrix containing mesoporous bioactive glass by co-precipitation and the method thereof
PURPOSE: A support for regeneration of hard tissue is provided to have high osteanagenesis inductive effect. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of A support for regeneration of hard tissue comprises: a step of synthesizing template solution by solving a block copolymer into solvent including alcohol; a step of synthesizing porosity bioactive glass solution, by mixing silicon compound, a calcium compound, and a phosphorus compound with the template solution; a step of obtaining porous bioactive glass by drying and plasticizing the porous bioactive glass solution; a step of shattering the porous bioactive glass to the size of submicron; a step of obtaining paste by mixing the porous bioactive glass with a biodegradable polymer; a step of manufacturing a support by laminating-shaping the paste; a step of cleaning and drying the support; a step coating the surface of the support, in which solvent is removed, with components of bone matrix by using co-precipitation; a step of cleaning and drying the coated support; and a step of sterilizing and drying the support.본 발명은 골기질 성분인 콜라겐 및 하이드록시아파타이트가 공침법에 의하여 코팅된 지지체 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 대략적인 제조과정은 다공성생체활성유리를 제조한 후 생분해성고분자와 혼합하여 지지체를 제조하여, 콜라겐을 함유한 생체유사체액에 침지하여 하이드록시아파타이트 및 콜라겐을 코팅하는 것으로 구성된다. 본 발명에서 제조된 다공성생체활성유리를 포함하며 경조직 재생용 지지체는 하이드록시아파타이트를 형성하면서 콜라겐과 같이 코팅되어, 높은 골재생 유도효과를 비롯하여 세포에 대하여 초기 접착, 증식 및 분화와 같은 세포의 거동에 있어서 뛰어난 효과를 갖는다.
