PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical head neck support which enables the head part of a patient to be reliably positioned and fixed and is excellent in reproducibility when re-fixed.SOLUTION: The medical head neck support 1 includes a rear wall part 7 provided with a parietal part abutting surface 6 abutted on the parietal part Hb of the patient P and reliably positions and fixes the head part H in a longitudinal direction Y (head-foot direction). Since a cut part 21 in a recessed curved surface shape is formed on the rear end edge 15 of the parietal part abutting surface 6, the support is adaptable to different sizes and shapes of the head part. Since the head part H of the patient is supported from below and both sides at a position higher than an occipital region support surface 4 by the cut part 21 cut into the recessed curved surface shape, movement of the head part H in the lateral direction X is restricted. When the medical head neck support 1 is used, fixation of the head part H in the longitudinal direction Y and in the lateral direction X is improved, and reproducibility of fixation is improved as well.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】患者の頭部を確実に位置決めして固定することができ、再固定の場合の再現性にも優れた医療用ヘッドネックサポートを提案すること。【解決手段】医療用ヘッドネックサポート1は患者Pの頭頂部Hbに当接する頭頂部当接面6を備えた後壁部7を備えており、頭部Hを縦方向Y(頭足方向)において確実に位置決めして固定できる。頭頂部当接面6の後端縁15には凹曲面状の切り取り部21が形成されているので、頭部のサイズ、形状が相違する場合にも対応できる。凹曲面状に切り取られた切り取り部21によって、後頭部支持面4よりも高い位置において患者の頭部Hが下側および両側から支持されるので、頭部Hの横方向Xへの移動も拘束される。医療用ヘッドネックサポート1を用いれば、頭部Hの縦方向Y、横方向Xにおける固定性を改善でき、固定の再現性も改善できる。【選択図】図1
