The element has a parallelepiped shaped plate (1) provided at one end of a set of orifices and at end of another set of orifices. An anchor block (4) is provided with fixing units i.e. studs (5), for fixing an orthodontic equipment, where the anchor block is provided between the orifices. The fixing units are provided on free faces of the anchor block. A set of open channels (6) is provided between the studs. The fixing units are provided parallel to the studs, where the element is made of metal or biocompatible material.L'invention concerne un élément d'orthodontie qui peut être rendu solidaire d'un os de la mâchoire.
