An ergonomical seat (SR) is placed between the side parts, and comprises two independent cushions (C1, C2) for supporting certain body parts of a user. Each cushion is equipped with an adjustment part for adjusting a position of the cushion along a direction.La présente invention se rapporte à un engin agricole motorisé (100) destiné à être utilisé notamment dans les métiers du maraîchage, comprenant un châssis (200) porté par deux roues avant à vocation directrice (230), deux roues arrière motrices (250), le châssis (200) comprenant deux longerons latéraux (210a, 210b) réunis par un berceau (220) en tunnel permettant à l'engin d'enjamber au moins un sillon, le châssis (200) portant un moyen pour supporter une personne. Selon l'invention, un siège ergonomique (SR) est disposé entre les deux longerons latéraux (210a, 210b), ledit siège comprenant un premier coussin (C1), un second coussin (C2) de soutien, pour certaines parties du corps de l'utilisateur, les deux coussins (C1, C2) étant indépendants, chaque coussin étant pourvu d'un moyen de réglage de sa position suivant au moins une direction. En ajustant la position de chaque coussin, un utilisateur peut être soutenu suivant une grande variété de postures pour limiter sa fatigue au cours d'une journée de travail sur l'engin.
