The present invention relates to a matrix for restoring a soft tissue and a method for producing the same. To this end, the method of the present invention comprises the steps of: producing a sheet-shaped absorbing layer (11) by using a biocompatible neutral collagen solution having pH adjusted to 7.0 using NaOH on one side surface constituting a dual film； producing a film-shaped support layer (12) through gamma cross-linking on the other side surface of the dual film by injecting a mixed solution in a gamma cross-linking mold, wherein the mixed solution is mixed with a collagen solution, a water-soluble polymer consisting of polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl pyrrolidone, and polyethylene glycol, and a natural material consisting of alginate； and producing, by combining the absorbing layer (11) and the support layer (12), a matrix (10) having a dual film structure for treating or restoring a damage soft tissue which is the tendon, the ligament, or the rotator cuff of a mammal other than a human. The matrix of the present invention treats or restores a damage soft tissue such as the tendon, the ligament, or the rotator cuff, and qualities and reliability of a product may be greatly improved. Accordingly, various needs of consumers who are users can be satisfied, and a good image may be presented.본 발명은 연부조직 수복용 매트릭스 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 이를 위해 이중 막을 구성하는 한쪽 면에 NaOH를 이용한 pH 7.0으로 맟춘 생체적합성 중성 콜라겐용액을 이용하여 시트 제형의 흡수층(11)을 제조하는 단계； 이중 막의 또 다른 한쪽 면에 콜라겐용액과 폴리비닐 알코올, 폴리비닐 피롤리돈, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜로 이루어진 수용성 중합체 및 알지네이트로 이루어진 천연물질의 혼합용액을 감마가교 주형틀에 주입하여 감마가교를 통해 필름제형 지지층(12)을 제조하는 단계； 및 흡수층(11)과 지지층(12)을 결합하여 사람 이외의 포유동물의 건, 인대, 회전근개인 연부조식 손상 치료 또는 손상된 연부조직의 수복을 위한 이중막 구조의 연부조직 수복용 매트릭스(10)를 제조하는 단계；가 포함된다.상기와 같이 구성된 본 발명은 건 및 인대, 회전근개와 같은 연부조직 손상의 치료 또는 손상된 연부조직의 수복을 위한 것이며, 이로 인해 제품의 품질과 신뢰성을 대폭 향상시키므로 사용자인 소비자들의 다양한 욕구(니즈)를 충족시켜 좋은 이미지를 심어줄 수 있도록 한 것이다.
