An inflatable blood pressure cuff assembly (10) includes an inflatable elongate cuff member (25) having opposing long edges (25l1 and 2512) and opposing short edge portions (25S1 and 252S2) with a fluid chamber (25p) therein and a resilient support sleeve (30) attached to a respective one of the opposing short edge portions (25S1) of the inflatable elongate cuff member (25). The sleeve (30) may be configured with a sensor chamber and a cable routing channel.
