PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stereovision image display method and a stereovision image display device for stereoscopically displaying a stereovision image, which can alleviate a burden on an observer by making a stereovision more rapid and easier.SOLUTION: In the stereovision image display method, a first stereovision image, which includes a first image MR for a right eye and a first image for a left eye having parallax therebetween and taken as images of a subject M, is stereoscopically displayed. A second stereovision image, which includes a second image FR for a right eye and a second image for a left eye of a wire phantom F, having parallax therebetween, and which has the parallax almost equivalent to the parallax associated with the first stereovision image, is prepared.
