PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation device for washing and disinfection of an endoscope for achieving the enhancement of the reliability of washing and disinfection evaluation by certainly capturing the adherend (bacteria) remaining in the pipeline of the endoscope to which washing and disinfection treatment is applied.SOLUTION: After the bacteria adhered to the pipeline of the endoscope are released by allowing a release solution to flow through the pipeline after washing and disinfection, the release solution is filtered by the filter 60 of a bacteria capturing means 16 to capture the bacteria contained in the release solution by the filter 60 and the washing and disinfection evaluation of the endoscope is performed on the basis of a bacteria capturing state. At this time, for example, a sherbet-like release solution prepared by mixing a solid phase substance with a liquid phase substance is allowed to flow through the pipeline of the endoscope as the release solution. By this constitution, a biofilm is mechanically destructed even in case that the biofilm is formed by the bacteria in the pipeline of the endoscope to certainly peel the bacteria from the pipeline of the endoscope to thereby capture the bacteria by the filter 60.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】洗浄消毒処理を施した内視鏡の管路内に残存している付着物(菌)を確実に捕捉して洗浄消毒評価の信頼性の向上を図る内視鏡洗浄消毒評価装置を提供する。【解決手段】洗浄消毒後の内視鏡管路に剥離液を流して管路に付着している菌を剥離した後、剥離液を菌捕捉手段16のフィルタ60により濾過して剥離液に含まれる菌をフィルタ60で捕捉し、菌の捕捉状態に基づいて内視鏡の洗浄消毒評価を行う。その際、剥離液として液相の物質に固相の物質を混合させた例えばシャーベット状の剥離液を内視鏡管路に流すようにしており、これによって、内視鏡管路の菌がバイオフィルムを形成している場合であっても機械的にバイオフィルムを破壊して確実に菌を内視鏡管路から剥離してフィルタ60でその菌を捕捉することができるようにしている。【選択図】図3
