The present invention relates to a watering system supplying water to plants in a green tract of land, and, more specifically, to a watering system utilizing water discharged from an air conditioner, which collects and stores water discharged from an air conditioner, and uses the water as water necessary for greenification of a building or growth of plants in a green tract of land, thereby effectively utilizing a water resource by recycling water. In particular, a planting pipe having artificial soil, in which organic and inorganic matters are mixed in a net body, inserted is installed on the end of a watering line transferring water discharged from an air conditioner to a green tract of land so as to deliver moisture and nutrients to a predetermined depth under the ground while transferring the supplied moisture and nutrients along the longitudinal direction when the water discharged from an air conditioner is supplied to the planting pipe.
