An object of the invention is to provide a curable composition excellent in 1) curing property, 2) tissue affinity, 3) osteoconductive property, and 4) mechanical property. Accordingly, the invention relates to the curable composition containing calcium silicate and calcium phosphate, a production method thereof, use thereof, and a therapeutic treatment method using the same. The curable composition of the invention can particularly be a medical curable composition, a filling material composition, a prosthetic material composition, or a hemostatic composition. More particularly, a hard tissue composition of the invention is capable of compensating the function of deficient void part in biological hard tissue and also inducing the formation of new hard tissue.
