FIELD: sport.SUBSTANCE: monitoring system of bench press in powerlifting relates to medical and computer technology and can be used in sport for training, particularly the athletes-weightlifters and their selection for the championships of various levels. The monitoring system of bench press in powerlifting comprises a bench for bench press in powerlifting, a rack with the object of manipulation (with a bar) and guiding its allowable displacement, a group of sensors of loading the muscles of the object of monitoring, four power-coordinating platforms, with four groups of sensors, reflecting the shift of the object of monitoring relative to the bench, a sensor of dynamics of the object of manipulation, a concentrator, a processor, and two indicators. The monitoring system of bench press in powerlifting provides control and registration of loading a combination of muscle groups of the object of monitoring, processing and analysis ballistograms and dynamics of loading the bench and the dynamics of movement of the object of manipulation and the elimination of subjectivity in evaluation of the results of monitoring.
